User Data Deletion

This page explains how users can request deletion of account data, workspace data, AI conversation history, generated content, uploaded assets, social connection records, and related information from Brainiark Marketing OS.

How to request deletion

  1. 1Send an email to privacy@brainiark.com from the email address connected to your Brainiark account.
  2. 2Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. 3Include your full name, account email, workspace name where applicable, and any connected social platform you want disconnected or deleted from Brainiark records.
  4. 4If you want full account deletion, clearly state: Please delete my Brainiark Marketing OS account and associated workspace data.
  5. 5We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
  6. 6After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible data unless we are required to retain it for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

What may be deleted

Eligible deletion may include account profile data, workspace data, Brand Brain records, strategies, content drafts, content calendars, campaigns, ideas, feed records, AI conversation history, uploaded assets, social connection records, and notification history associated with your account or workspace.

Social platform data

If you connected Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, or another social platform, you may request that Brainiark disconnect the account and delete stored connection records, tokens, feed snapshots, analytics records, and related workspace data where deletion is legally and operationally available.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal compliance, billing records, security logs, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, audit trails, backup integrity, or legitimate business operations. Where possible, retained data may be anonymized or restricted.

Processing timeline

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving them. Completion time may vary depending on verification, data volume, workspace ownership, third-party platform behavior, and applicable legal requirements.
